We all know that feeling. That feeling of emptiness when your playing career comes to an end. When a passion no longer feels like a purpose and a new reality sets in. No one to tell you what to do in the gym. No one to provide proper nutrition, no one to counsel you through a career path, and a new freedom to schedule your time as you wish.

Transitions can be hard and athletes often set high expectations to be just as successful off the court. Which is why it’s ok to still have a coach who can mentor, support & guide us even after the jerseys been hung up.

As a former athlete, I’ve experienced and seen many who have known this tough transition. Which is why I am so passionate to now open 1 on 1 coaching to this group of individuals.
