Everyone likes exploring. If only travelling was free, i would be everywhere. Most times i binge on pictures on IG of beautiful places surrounding me and i am always awed. Let me stop ranting small and allow you read the top 10 places i would totally visit whenever i enter Lagos. (Lol, yeah. I have never been to lagos 😭😭😭)

THE JAZZHOLE.

I am definitely a good lover of music, books, and art and more than just a few people has recommended visiting the Jazzhole.
Jazzhole in Ikoyi is an African lounge with endless Jazz and Soul, and also a place where you can read from the largest collection of good books. While spending your evenings in jazzhole you get treated to a life jazz band in its beautiful environment.
I also heard they have a snack bar where you can get fresh coffee and cake!!!! 💃💃💃

THELAGOSPARTY BOAT CRUISE.

TheLagosParty is Foremost name for luxurious yet Affordable Boat cruise and Waterways Events in lagos, Nigeria.
I have always had a thing for speed boats, yatch and water and this boat cruise is one of the reasons i look forward to visiting lagos. I just imagined myself in a bikini and a light kimono, speeding through the waters, enjoying laughing at the waves, lol. Lagos, i am coming!!!

MELTING MOMENTS

Brownies here, brownies there, brownies every where you turn to. (lol, i sang that).
Melting Moments is a confectionery and frozen dessert company. Melting Moments is not just notable for its variety of assorted ice cream, but the aura that its environment provides.
I also heard their products are considerably low in fat and sugar, do you know what that mwans? I can indulge myself without guilt. Oh please take me to lagos.

JHALOBIA RECREATION PARK AND GARDENS.

This park is located along Murtala Mohammed International Airport Road, Lagos. People claim it has not been discovered by many yet it boasts of a rich ambience and versatile display of horticulture. It has ponds, waterfalls, fountains. It is more like water meets flowers, lol. I can't wait to visit.

FREEDOM PARK.

Freedom Park is a memorial and leisure park area in the middle of downtown Lagos. The place that used to be a prison was transformed into a leisure park. The Park was constructed to preserve the history and cultural heritage of Nigerians as seen in its strategically placed monumental figures. The park features an open-air stage, amphitheatre, museum complex, gallery and more. The magnificent monuments of the park reflect the Nigerian colonial heritage. Are you still asking if i plan to visit? Hell yes.

THE PALMS, LEKKI.

The Palms Shopping Mall is one of the largest malls in Nigeria, owned by Persianas Properties Limited and promoted by Nigerian Businessman Tayo Amusan. The Palms Shopping Mall offers the exciting concept of “one-stop shopping”, with over 62 shops including cinema, comestics shop, restaurants, coldstone. I want the whole experience!

THE GET ARENA

The GET arena offers the best go-karts in Lagos, i definitely want to visit this place with a group of people and then we can race till we drop, did someone just say 12 laps of pure adrenaline and fun? I can't believe i almost forgot that they have sumptous and "beautiful" foods available. I definitely want to try the 14ft wall climb.

THE NEW AFRIKA SHRINE

The New Afrika Shrine was first started in the early 1970s by Fela Anikulapo-Kuti but was burnt down. The new replacement is now run by his son Femi and daughter Yeni Anikulapo-Kuti. Aside the live music, you can eat here, take out and delivery, chill out with your friends.
It is a cool spots and every first saturday the shtine hosts a fuji show, the shrine carries different quotes of Late Fela Anikulapo-Kuti on it walls to give an insight to the thoughts of the late afrobeat legend.
Rumour has it that they have FOOD!!! You can get shawarma, small chops and asun.

LEKKI LEISURE LAKE.

Here, you can choose to jet ski, slide across the zip line, venture across the many rope bridges, ride the quad bikes, take a ride in the lake with the many types of boats, floats, and watercrafts. And you know what goes great with a day at the waterside? Barbeque!! I heard Lekki Leisure Lake grills its meat to perfection. Imagine being sprawled in the sand munching the perfect barbeque and listening to the water waves, name something more theraupetic, i will wait.

THE ESCAPE ROOM.

I totally agree that it's a breath of fresh air from the norm. The escape room is an intense "game house" where you can shoot paint balls all day, play the weird bubble soccer and you can also act as shelock hormes, solve puzzles and find criminals, lol. I never want to miss this adventure.

After all has been said and done, i hope one day i get enough money and strength to pick myself up and visit lagos. By the time i get there, Lagos won't be ready for what i am about to bring on, lol. 😂
