It is not always easy. When you think about it, isn't it the best way to deal with this gigantic mystery facing us all called "life"? We must cry. We must wonder. We must experience pain. Loss. Grief. And death. But do you know the fearlessness in a genuine belly laugh?

Many have pretended to know the meaning.

But at the end of the day we are all part of the same mystery, and all must simply take this journey basically alone.

When you are feeling very worried and afraid, it is good if you can turn that negative, fearful energy into a positive kind of determination or "holy anger."

When you are confused. When sadness, sorrow, and suffering...or even just boredom, (the greatest of all sins!) is there, we can help someone. We can laugh, and then help them to smile and laugh as well.

When you laugh, you are invincible.
