I have heard so many persons talk about waking up at five or six in the morning, I used to think that they were some freaks of nature. What would be the reason for anyone to put themselves through such sort of torture, that's out of these world. For a good number of persons, having to wake up that early means less sleep. Sleep happens to be a basic requirement for one have a sound body and mind. From the onset, we have been faced with an innate, biological reason to not wake up earlier than we have to.

Consider this, have you ever had to stay up really late, even though you are aware that you need to wake up early the next morning? Perhaps you hanged out late with some friends the night before or you had to stay up working on a research project work which needed to be finished that night. There could be a host of negative and positive factors which would easily conquer our innate desire for more sleep. It’s quite easy for one to stay up late and sacrifice sleep, reason being that if you must wake up at a certain point in time, you just certainly have to be forced to do it. It’s really not up to you. But then, having to wake up early without any of such commitments is a personal decision, when people make decisions, motivation is requires to execute them.

Having to get the required quality sleep really isn’t the issue here; it's something we could all manage, this is made possible either by making some changes to out bedtime or by discovering that we might not really require quite as much sleep as we are getting at the moment. Leave sleep duration aside, the bigger issue still exists with the excuses that a lot of persons frequently put up.

Over time, I have heard so many persons say: I’m not the morning kind of person This is a very popular expression which typically is way more of fiction than fact. It's pretty much equivalent to saying, I never get lucky Just as a lot of successful persons would tell you, you don’t get lucky, but rather, you are the one that makes your own luck by working harder or better still, smarter. The phrase I never get lucky happens to be so much like I’m not the morning kind of person, this is because it just sets you up for failure. You would cannot even begin to accomplish something once you already have the belief that you would fail at it. Saying I’m not the morning kind of person is actually just shifting something you can actually control, to something you believe you won't be able to control.

In a funny, but rather weird way, most person have a liking for issues which theybelieve they don't have the ability to control, and once you do not think you can control something, the truth is you would not even start to expend energy in overcoming whatever it is that constitute the hurdle.
