This is common phinomina now a days for everyone to me only stress buster is nature. I go to nature like mountains, rivers, or sea or forest to bust the stress

I do the same sometimes. Probably not enough. I find cycling helps a lot. It lets me tune everything out other than the movement of my legs. It's a very meditative form of exercise.
