Those Cat foot wear look well used/worn!

So true, hiking or walking in nature is the best way to get away from the every day city/suburban strife and turmoil etc. and contemplate about life in general and think things through.

You come back from your hike/walk mentally refreshed, recharged and have released a lot of stress from our daily work week.
