If you believe in any religion, you would have been taught from the early childhood days that there is a GOD who gives and takes life of all the species in this world.
I myself follow a religion and have been taught the same thing by my parents and I will pass this teaching to my children as well if I live long to be a father.

However some time ago the embryologists of UK working in Cambridge University have been able to produce mouse embryo by using stem cells - the cells plucked from other mouse embryos.
What shocks me is that no sperm cells or egg were used in this process of creation of the embryo.
It is said that the stem cells were placed in a three dimensional scaffold and watched for few days before they started growing into a bullet shaped mouse embryo.
This team of embryologists was headed by Magdelena Zernicka-Goetz who wants to study early development phases and how embryo starts talking shape.
According to her, the next step is to make a human embryo out of stem cells from a human embryo which has started to raise questions from bioethicists.
Who knows what shape can an artificially made human embryo take!

Scientists will be able to develop artificially through stem cells but providing life is something that is still questionable. I do believe in a religion that talks a lot about providing life and taking life. I feel that it will take several years for the modern science to explore that part. Interesting article.
