WHY MENTAL REST IS IMPORTANT?

Relaxing is more moral act in those special Rush times then something that should happen. If we want best Business results, we have to learn which is the best way to have rest ? Relaxing should fulfill our body, with inspirational energy, that will turn us on, into new successes & wonderful adventures of growing & becoming more brilliant Business person...
When we talk about Relaxing maybe most of us think, that that is sleeping or act connected to lying in bed. Actualy Relaxing should be an act of resting of our mind from all carbages that we collect through out the day. So resting doesn't necesarily needs to mean resting of the physical body but resting of the body that needs to be relaxed in order that the person is not burned down.
The ways are different, the goal is one: To Relax of all kinds of garbage is possible with:
= Running
= Sleeping
= Screaming
= Kicking plants
= Any other non criminal and alternative method.
Most important point is: We should get rid of the carbage that affects tiredness of any kind: Physical, Mental, Spiritual,........any other.
