Spiritual Nourishment

As our physical life is sustained and nourished by the food we eat, so our spiritual life is sustained by the word of God. As we must eat food for ourselves, each one is to receive life from Gods word for himself, asking God for the help of the Holy Spirit, that we may understand His word.
