Who or what do you serve?

Who or what do you serve?
A question that you need ask to yourself, find the answer and find out if you are happy with who or what you serve and also who or what out there you can serve and get more than just a short fulfilment.
Think about the question above and answer it. Answer it honestly and determine who or what do you serve? The following are examples of who or what people serve, you may find your own is also here:
• God (the Alpha and Omega, Holy God, Sovereign Lord, Jehovah, the one and only God)
• Other gods (mythical gods, and the lot of them that we’ve heard about)
• Yourself,
• Money,
• People,
• Ancestors,
• The universe
• Etc.
Consider each one that is mentioned in the list above and whatever you can think of that may not be in the list and make the best decision for your life. Because it is more important that you find fulfillment in who or what you serve. I'm not just talking about temporary fulfillment, I’m not talking about what you can enjoy today and tomorrow you have lost more than you've enjoyed. I'm talking about fulfillment that will last, for example the God that we read about in the bible promise us life that is eternal. What can be more that life that is eternal? Is money worth more? It is written in the Bible in Mark 8:36 “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?”

I would hope that what I have written has challenged you to make the right decision for your life. It is up to you decide on what is best for you. What I have told you was that to compel you, but to make you consider who/what you serve, who/what could be better or not and let you make the decisions yourself.
