Do you know depression eats through individuals this present age, walking freely in an individual and eating then up.

It has become an order of the day but it's not something seen because we act like we are all okay, put on smiling faces while you go through your day.

Behind those smiling faces is a sad and depressed being but we don't see that due to sometimes we don't pay attention to things that matters.

Not all that smile in their pictures are truely okay.

Some live comfortably to us on the out side, but on the inside they don't.

Some depressed individuals doesn't even know who to turn to in some situations. They hold it up to their selves untill it eats deep down inside of them.

Sometimes they hide it behind they "I'm fine" word but within they know they ain't fine.

We go through alot as humans, but we should try to know who to turn to. Yes, theres alot with the technology around us so putting a call through someone who you can really share your situation to, isn't a bad idea.

And you as a human, try to check on your friends to know how they are doing. You don't know who you saving with your words, affection and care.
