3. promotion of goods on the market.


Sometimes the products of those brands that produce supermarkets are much better than famous brands.

OBSERVE SIMPLE RULES FOR PURCHASE

Before you go to the grocery store, you need to make a list. Such a list will help to save some money and your valuable time. Some landladies make a list of necessary products for a week, it is very convenient. There are also such buyers who write the list of the necessary goods on the basis of another list. In the latter, there are products that are in sufficient quantity.

You can not go for food on an empty stomach. In the supermarkets, traps are waiting for us on our subconscious. A hungry buyer will definitely spend more money than a well-fed one. It will not buy basic goods, but fast food. In addition, various food flavors make us buy excess goods, which we eventually throw out at the end of the expiration date.

Go for expensive purchases preferably without children. They easily distract our attention. Such purchases will not be of much use.

It is better not to buy ready-made culinary products in supermarkets. First, they can be made from expired and not very high-quality products with qualitatively disguised spices, food flavors and dyes. Secondly, there is a ready meal more expensive. Dishes that are cooked at home, always tastier and more useful. We are often tempted by exclusive products that contain many components and are prepared according to very complex recipes. Why do we think that this is a pledge of a blissful, incredible taste. But doctors recommend eating simple dishes, for example, mashed potatoes with herring and a little greens. You can eat delicious, healthy, hearty, and do not spend a lot of money. It is clear that it takes time to prepare home dishes, but they are always different from those sold in supermarkets, and most importantly much cheaper and more useful for you.
