Olahraga sangat dibutuhkan oleh tubuh
Agar tetap terjaga kebugarannya banyaklah olahraga
Badan perlu bergerak mengeluarkan keringat untuk sistem metabolisme
Dengan gerak yang cukup stamina tetap terjaga
Cukup dengan berjalan dengan jarak yang lumayan juga cukup untuk berolahraga.
