About water when drinking before or after eating
I will say right away I do not know. And not only me. No one knows. The fact that some assert that they know, do not believe them. They use our naivete and their ability to deceive people. There are no prerequisites or any actions for this issue to drink or not drink.
The sense of deception is that these people first invent a problem, and then sort of decide how to solve it, again inventing a miraculous explanation for what is happening. In my opinion, you should always act as you like, if you are thirsty, drink. I want to eat eat. The problem is not when and how much you drink. The problem is that you drink. If this is ordinary water, how many would not drink and when, with a normally working body, there will be no harm, most likely good. Water is a solvent, so when eating it helps rather than hurts. Note that at all stages of food intake, fluid, saliva and gastric juice are secreted. And even if the water lowers acidity, it is short-lived and does not impair digestion.
Observe the rule, all is well, that in moderation!
Any surplus is contrary to nature.
