connect not connectable!

Today I heard such an expression: "connect not connectable!".
How is this possible. Really no one is using logic to construct meaningful sentences.
If it is not connected, then it is not connectable. If it is possible to connect it this is really done, then it is connected. As in one sentence, you can use two outputs mutually exclusive.
Probably it does not matter what to say, it's important how it is perceived. But no one thought about the rudeness of what was said in this phrase.
