Innergetics: The Forgotten Energy System Fundamentals

Today's article is dedicated to the inner Energetic system we all have, something that has been neglected in the Eastern Culture for ages now. I wanted to write an article to try and explain what our inner Energetic System is on the most basic of levels.

I'm not sure if this could be of use to anyone but at least its a good and interesting read.

So let's have a crack at it.

Bio Energetics

I'm quite sure that when people read the Term "Energy", more specifically, Personal Energy, the first thing to pop in the mind would be something of the sort:

How do I use this? How do I benefit from this? How can I manipulate this !?

If any of these are questions of interest to you, then I'll have to apologize because I can't answer any of these things. And you will understand why as you read along.

This is a purely scientific approach to the subject. By now many people have seen around the internet Articles and writings related to the topic of Human Energy. Most of them have misconceptions about the subject because its something that is disregarded by science and we are people that are used to finding answers to things via external examination,

So I won't judge you if you decide to disregard this topic due to its fundamental approach.

Human Energy at its fundamentals is a by-product of our inner workings. For example, if you are to move your arm, a certain amount of Energy will be needed to perform that operation. The energy itself is created via a complex sequence of chemical reactions within the body. Created by our cells.

That is why we turn food into energy which is stored within the cells.

Energy and Vibration


It is proven by science that everything in our universe Vibrates at a given Frequency. This means that the Energy we create within our bodies has a specific vibrational frequency by its own. And that Frequency has a range of reach, hence it creates the so-called Human Aura. Every frequency can be represented by a different color that resonates at that range, that's why people tend to look at the aura as a colored bubble.

The aforementioned information is described as " The Subtle Body".

The term subtle bodies describes the various layers of vibrating energy that make up a human being beyond the obvious physical layer.

What about Chakras ?


Most people are familiar with the Human Chakra system. But many don't know that it is connected to physical segments of the body.

Chakras are subtle energy points, literally wheels or vortexes of energy. They act as energetic gateways or energy transfer/exchange points.

The Human body has several hundred of these energy points within our energetic systems.

Maybe some of you have heard of acupuncture, where people place needles in specific body areas to heal or treat the body.

Well, here's an example of manipulation of the Energy system. The needles block chakra junction points when there is a small blockage of energy, a point in the body is blocked to divert the energy flow or bypass it so it can flow from a different canal.

Therefore the higher flow creates a bigger surge that can unblock a specific area.

Energy Cleaning ?


The last part of this article is about cleaning your Energy. At the fundamental level, cleaning the Energy is quite simple, Eating healthy foods, doing exercise and meditating.

Eating healthier foods creates better more potent and cleaner energy for the cells. Exercising creates more storage for good energy by expanding the cells of the musculature, thus they hold more energy in them.

Meditating clears mental space and emotional turn mills, relaxes the mind and body. Therefore Energy can flow in a more natural way.

This is way more interesting than all those biology classes that i had. When i really think about it i eat lots of bad food, don't really exercise, but i meditate and i think that meditation is keeping me alive:)

Great post! Meditation really works but takes a loooong time in most people at least that's what happened with me.Very subtle changes after 6 months....but stilll changes for the better. I also tried Qi Gong ... And in my case it does wonders !!!!And within just a few days. Even the free you tube videos from lee holden i am now getting deeper into it with paid courses.This is a nice video so you get an idea how it works. also... amazing gif :O
