Quick delicious Chicken dish.....Chicken with Mustard Sauce!!!!

Ready in 15-20 minutes, serve with rice or potatoes...…

CHICKEN WITH MUSTARD
INGREDIENTS:

4 Chicken breasts
1/4C White wine or Chicken stock
1C Heavy cream
1 1/2T Dijon mustard
1T Butter
1T Olive oil
1/2t Salt
1/4t Pepper
Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Pound chicken breasts to tenderize and make them a uniform thickness. Heat sauté pan and add butter and olive oil, sauté chicken. Remove chicken from pan. Add wine and deglaze pan. Add heavy cream, mustard, salt and pepper. Return chicken to the pan and cook about 5-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
