The 90s

Don’t know how old you are and how 90s were in your country, but my childhood passed in 90s and I think it was the best decade one could have ever seen.

90s were before the technology breakthroughs that happened in millenium. After millenium many things have already changed around the world and still-continuing which, I think, has had mostly negative effects on our relationship with others.

What we lived in 90s was real, not cyber like nowadays. Given that technology was not as developed as today, we played outise not inside. Communication and meet with each other was so important. People were trying to spend more time together and there were less egoism between us. Now when we come together, we talk for a fews mins, then a silenceof looking at our cell phones (I have noticed this many times).

I think social media with smart phone is the number one guilty of breaking down social relations between people. Everyone is the king of their profile, there is only “me”, no one else. I know some people get offended bcoz of not liking their posts on social media.

Was there such stupid thing in 90s? No of course.

There's no more sitting down at the kitchen table, having a conversation, and interacting with each other. I saw a comment the other day, that I really agreed with:

"There's a reason why, they are called 'cell phones'... "
