Every introvert has their potential that has yet to be developed

When I was young, I didn't like to talk with people, I would rehearse it several times before speaking, and a chat in public would turn into embarrassment, and I will be extremely anxious in a social occasion. I tried to change, but I can’t become "open" and "active" ...

In our daily life, people like to label introverts as: "Do not like talking", "quiet", "taciturn", "don’t know how to talk", as if being an introvert is a flaw, a reason for inferiority.

Look at the people around you can laugh at will, you can only awkwardly smile rather than smile politely;

At the same time when she entered the company, she can quickly mingle with colleagues, and you can only sit and watch in silence;

Others think you are arrogant, in fact, only you know how much you want to be acquainted with them, but you do not know where to start.

Promotion and raises are always inclined to those extroverts, and you silently working hard but no one seems to notice;

So, you try to make yourself look less introverted, you observe other people's conversations, and imitate others.

You will find that in the daily communication, 80% is made up of nonsense, "Have you eaten?" What did you have for lunch? Is it tasty?" Such ordinary questions, why others can easily ask, but you not dare to ask.

You worry that the words come out from your mouth, others will think you are lame, afraid of others feel that the question you ask is too naïve.

Throughout the ages in everyone's cognition, everyone prefers the "extroversion" character, think extroversion is the standard of good character.

In fact, every introvert has their own potential, is an untapped "resource", once the "seal of the body" (self-restraint) is lifted, their ability is often more prominent than extroverts.

They are more inclined to work independently, like to communicate with one-on-one, small-scale social, think more before they speak, prefer to have a deep communication, do not like to become the focus of the crowd, but the introvert character will not hinder your success.

The typical representative of many introverted characters:

Gandhi, Darwin, Einstein, J.K. Rowling, Audrey Hepburn, President Barack Obama, Warren Buffett, Bill Gates and so on are introverts, and they are good speakers and good communicators.

Therefore, introverts have their potential. Because introverts are more insightful than extroverts, they are able to observe details that no one else can. They are often more serious than others, do things more tenacity, keep on trying until they succeed.

They often use the time that others use to gather and gossip, to be alone. The extroverts absorb energy from the lively environment, and the introvert enjoys the joy of being alone.

If you like and enjoy the present introverted self, such as during an afternoon, read a book, listen to music; then you do not deliberately change, you can still be yourself, enjoy your alone time.

However, we live in this world, not only have the ability to be alone but also can’t avoid dealing with others. In school or in the workplace, we still have to socialize.

Introverts like us, afraid too much, but we have to do to break the fear, find our own security, and thus truly enjoy the introverted character, and not inferior because of our character.

“Do what you fear, and the fear will naturally fade away.”

For an introverted person, the most important thing is to be yourself, accept yourself, admit that you are introvert, there is nothing bad about being an introvert. If you do not accept it, want to resist it, you will in a contradictory life. While you don't want to lose the joy of being alone, you want to pretend to be extroverted, and you'll end up unhappy.

Instead of changing your character, learn a skill to be more tangible, when you have the skills that others do not have, although you are still very introverted, you will not be bothered by introversion.

You are still quiet, but others see your ability, they will not easily underestimate you.

When you start to enjoy it, you will find that there is nothing bad about being an introvert.
