As I told you before, I'm a lover of good cinema and this time I come to talk to you about my favorite actor, we'll get to know a little about his life and some of his most outstanding films.

His name is Adam Richard Sandler or simply known as Adam Sandler, is an American actor born on September 9, 1966 in Brooklyn, New York.

He comes from a Jewish family, his mother Judy who was a kindergarten teacher and his father Stanley Sandler graduated as an engineer. He studied at Manchester Central High School and graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. It is said that his classmates and teachers criticized him for being distracted quickly and told him that he would not be a good actor.

When he was seventeen years old, with the help of his brother, he got a job at Club Boston, where he made his first contact with comedy. It is also known that she worked as a nursing assistant and in the evenings presented her shows in various comedy clubs.

It was in one of those performances that comedian Dennis Miller saw his performance and took him to the producer of Saturday Nigth Live, who immediately hired him as a scriptwriter for the show, becoming a protagonist the following year.

His big-screen debut was in 1989, in the comedy "Going Overboard", in which he played a supporting role, but it was until 1990 that he played a leading role in the film "Air Heads".

From that moment on, he became known in the world of the seventh art, with great box-office hits such as "The Water Boy" "Big Daddy" "Little Nicky" "Spanglish" or "Mr. Deeds", all of them in the field of comedy.

In 1999 he founded his own production company called Happy Madison, named after his two films Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison.

In 2003, he plays a different, more serious role in the film "Punch-Drunk Love". Then he meets again with the director Frenk Coraci who directed the film "Click", this time in the comedy "I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry" with the actor Kevin James, who by the way is one of his great friends.

That same year he won the Golden Globe award for best actor in the musical comedy "Punch-Drunk Love". This has been one of the most important awards throughout his career.

In 2008 he returned as an actor and producer in the film "You Don´t Mess With The Zohan". Then with Disney in the film "Bedtime Stories".

He then starred in and wrote "Grown Ups", one of his best-known hits worldwide. And in the romantic comedy with Jennifer Aniston "Just Go With It".

As you can see there are many more films in which Adam Sandler has produced or acted, most of them are comedies, but what I like is that each one leaves a message a moral or teaching for life.

You may not have won many or important awards, but you have earned the appreciation and respect of this admirer for his unique way of acting. I daresay it would be the modern Chaplin or Cantinflas.
