WHICH PEOPLE IS STUPID? : A part of knowledge philosophy

Hello steemians, good day everybody.
Today I send you an article, which is talking about type people in knowledge.

Type of Human Knowledge
In the development of philosophy of science and knowledge we recognize four types of human beings. Each type has uniqueness and emphasis of science and knowledge. The human types are:

1 - he knows if he knows
2 - he knows if he does not know
3 - he does not know if he knows
4 - he does not know if he does not know.

In society, the number 4 is often called human 'kleo prip'. "Haba jih hana butoi, haba gop pih han ji deungo", said my teacher.

Hopefully we are not included type number 4. Nauzubillahi min zalik.
