Important guidelines for all vegetarian!!!!

Eating vegetarian foods, there are fewer people in Bangladesh. Many of us love to eat Yet today, many people choose vegetarian food for health care. Increasing the tendency of diet increases the trend of dietary innovation. Among these, a vegetarian diet is a type of diet. Usually this diet can be done in three ways.

  1. Whole vegetarian is not meant to eat fish, meat, milk, and eggs.

  2. Half Vegetarian are not vegetarians, which do not eat any other protein without milk.

  3. These peoples are a little vegetarian. They eat eggs and milk, do not eat any other protein.

Usually due to religious reasons, those who eat vegetarians, they grow up and follow a rule of food. But for those who suddenly become vegetarian, it is important for them to be careful.

Nowadays many want to lose weight. Apart from this, due to heart diseases, the variety of vegetarian diet started. It is very important for them to know the exact protein for them, whether they are properly treated or not.

Continuing the diet based on long-term vegetables, the levels of Vitamin B1 and 2, iron, hemoglobin, etc. of many people can be reduced in blood. If you do not meet the exact protein requirements then there will be various types of physical problems. Such as skin problems, hair fall, depression, weakness, decreased muscle loss, and decreasing fertility. So vegetarians should eat enough food that does not have a protein deficit. Usually those who are vegetarian by their own wishes, they give up eating fish or meat. Therefore, in order to meet their protein requirements, the following factors should be kept in mind:

  • Eat vegetables using pulses.
  • Use of protein dessert such as sour cream, milk etc.
  • Add vegetable oil to the food or ghee.
  • Those who eat eggs, their menu should be eaten with a day-to-day meal.
  • Some vegetables have a high level of protein. Eating such as spinach, broccoli, sprouts, mushrooms, peas, jackfruit seeds, corn etc.

Those who drink milk will be able to find good levels of protein in their food menu by calculating curd, milk, cheese, lime etc..
It is possible to get good levels of protein if it is soya food. Those who do not eat milk or eggs, they must keep lentils, tofu, soya protein and mushrooms to eat every day.

Protein is essential for the body. Therefore, an adult person needs at least 1 gram of protein per day against the weight of kg. So those who suddenly start eating vegetarians, they should consult with a nutritionist.
