Coinbase LTC/BTC manipulation: investigations by JohnRusso007

I came across the YouTube channel "JohnRusso007", it is quite fascinating, happening right now!

John has posted many videos about market manipulation of the LTC/BTC pair on Coinbase.

He has been corresponding with Coinbase, but getting nowhere, now he is corresponding with the criminal division of the Dept. of Justice. All with an awesome New York accent :)

Is this for real? Any comments from knowledgeable folks welcome!
