LTC Hodlers: How to claim your free Litecoin Cash

If you had Litecoins (LTC) last weekend, you've got some free Litecoin Cash (LCC) tokens now. 10 tokens for each Litecoin that you held when the blockchain forked.

It can be confusing but the Litecoin Cash tokens are currently trading for $5 - $6 USD, so for every single LTC you had, you can go claim $50-60 USD worth of LCC. Why wouldn't you get this free money?

You want to be careful with your private key, which you'll need to use in order to claim your Litecoin Cash. Import it into a Litecoin Cash wallet and it will take care of the rest.

Also you should make sure to transfer away your Litecoins first before claiming your free Litecoin Cash tokens. I cover safely doing all of this, but I did it in one particular way. If you did something else feel free to share. Thanks!
