Until someone develops a live app that embeds there really is no difference in vimm.tv, d.tube, dlive.tv or any other app. Creating a post is simply a way to notify others that your stream is live and receive steem rewards. The advantage vimm.tv and and d.tube have is the convenience of in app upvotes and tips. Other than that, using dlive.tv gives you the ability to earn both steem & lino rewards.
