Positive thinking

It is very common to find people who complain because they live a life full of difficulties, or because they are immersed in negative situations that make their daily life very hard. What these people do not know is that their circumstances, both good and unfavorable, originate from their way of thinking.

Our thoughts are like the script by which our daily life is going to be conducted: If we remain connected with thoughts of fear, believing that someone is going to assault us, or that our belongings go to be damaged or lost, do not be surprised that at any time we are victims of a robbery or that we lose some precious object for us. I'm sure you know people who have good vibration or a positive attitude towards life. We can observe how these people seem to be loaded with good luck, but what really happens is that their thoughts are directed to the opposite side of the problems. For example, instead of thinking that they will be assaulted, they have the conviction that they are always safe and that their belongings will always be with them.

Sometimes I am shocked to see how some people seem to be trapped in a vicious circle of negative thoughts, and remain always connected with the problem and not with the solution; causing that they do not see the exit to so many inconveniences and misfortunes. If they change their beliefs about the things that happen to them, they may experience the change they are longing for. "Everything created was previously thought" is a phrase that you may have heard at some time, and it is true, it is tested and although it sounds like something magical or superstition, this is a great truth.

I invite you to start paying attention to your thoughts, to how you express yourself (your words reflect how you think) and make the necessary corrections to stay connected with positive thoughts, the idea is not to mentally fight with ourselves, it is all a matter of practice and it is possible that at the beginning we "fall into the temptation" to think adversely about what we want to happen to us, but surely with time we will learn to have a better attitude towards the circumstances.

When you learn to focus your thoughts to achieve your goals and the benefit of your quality of life, you achieve incredible things in a short time. So put your thoughts to work in your favor, start designing the life you've wanted so much, remember: "everything created was before thought", then create a beautiful life for you.
