Mmm😘.. a question on my field of study - Biology. Shrimps and Lobsters are very easy to identify despite the fact that they are both classified as crustaceans, and share similar traits like fused head and body as well as compound eyes.

With regards to their habitat, shrimps can be found in either salty water bodies or fresh water bodies, whereas lobsters can be found only in salty water bodies.

Morphologically, shrimps are smaller than lobsters, and posses narrower bodies compared to lobsters. Shrimps use the tail or telson for movement, while lobsters make use of their appendages for locomotion. Last but not least, female shrimps release their eggs in the sea while female lobsters carry their eggs where they crawl to.
