The most therapeutic way of reducing stress is to #SPITVENOM
"keep it real" so to speak. Im from England, Central London to be more specific; a very exciting, vibrant, multi-cultural, extremely polluted town, (according to our mayor), full of wonderful and never ending list of new things to do.

Although living in a place like this has its bonuses, it can also be one of the most stressful places on our sweet mother earth.

People live on top of each other with no sense of the word community. The cost of living grows faster than the weeds in your back garden and yet wages take as long as an avacardo tree to produce avacardos to go up. A place where we are so advanced, and yet a little bit of snow can shut down the city’s ability to function.

In London, it seems as though to be educated you have to be extremely rich or be borderline bankrupt for the rest of your life. Every day you get into your car you run the risk of some kind of penalty charge. You pay your hard earned money to go out to eat and have waiters and waitresses struggle to serve you with a smile, talking to you like you just spat at the floor in front of them. Yet you’re scared to make a fuss and go against the traditional British ways.

London produces many reasons to be stressed but I suggest you don't bottle it up, simply #SPITVENOM
