I love how the scattered light creates an effect on the child who is looking at some book! It is like she is being enlighted with the knowledge she is getting from what is written on each page of the book. And the Cathedral itself serves as the perfect frame for such scene. I really like this photograph.

P.S. Do you know what the child was reading?

I do not know what she is reading. There were thin books popularly telling about some holidays, rituals, a prayer book. Perhaps there was something for the children with pictures.
