RE: This is How it Goes

in #longgame5 years ago (edited)

Probably never going to happen until it hits 1 cent. Then people could buy a bunch of STEEM and it would become less centralized.

As long as STEEM is centralized, governed and censored it will continue to fall in price.

The devs are discussing changing it so people get rewarded for downvotes. They already have a group that goes around downvoting people and upvoting each other. This is the worst thing the devs could do. But since its centralized, they can do whatever they want.

I know 5 people that signed up for STEEM tried it for a bit and then quit. They all quit for the same reason, it's a fancy ponzi scheme.

Imagine a moderator on reddit had the power to ban you from all subreddits. Or had the power to downvote you once and you are forever censored. Reddit would lose its community. This is what STEEM is.

Not to mention the bullshit they pulled when they first launched the token...smh

Not to mention there is already a Steam platform which is much more popular and has a lot more to offer.

Only reason why I am here is because how cheap STEEM is. My intention is to break every "rule" they have and hopefully show the community how awful STEEM is so it loses value and the scum that own the majority of STEEM will have to get a real job.

Also, why would a content creator create content on this platform? They can accept $$ for 7 days and then it stops generating money? Wtf? How is that better than any other platform?
