How long do you recommend it takes for a person to get to know a partner before getting married to him/her?
Marriage a little world with a deep meaning if it is done with a right person it changes your life into paradise otherwise it makes your life hell the question here is about time i agreed time is very important factor to judge a person sometime we cant understand a person while we are living with him our whole life but some time a moment can gave idea about any person his habits his nature etc
Before marriage it would be best to understand other person so might after marriage you don't face any troubles According to Islam ...Islam gave right to man to saw his life partner and decide about her So to check before marriage is not immoral act.
The question arises how much time should be given. Its depend on the next person and yourself also in some situation you like a person for days after some days faults will be shown by her it may be attraction but it is not the topic Topic is the time
Short time
Little time to judge a person is not a right way you hear it "Hastes makes wastes" so its no proper way in short time you see only his/her qualities which seemed to be charming in front of you and you thing him/ her right person after some time you realised that you will be not made for each others so avoid short timing think with your brain and listen to your heart and soul also
Long time
Long time to judge a person is also not good after spending a lot of time with a person in thinking of just trial first you will be impressed by him or her than you felt bored with those habits in whose charms you were be captivated As time passes you think you should be move on to some other because of lack of interest
On the centre time
The best time is not too long nor too short actually time doesn't matter if you have better thinking skill with the ability to recognise a person you judge him in short time if your mind is puzzled in two or more options or you don't have ability to judge long time and even longest time don't help you to decide your life partner
# Conclusions
Time matters and matters a lot in a relation time shows the person and his nature at different situations i think 2,3 months are enough to judge or decide your life partner but it depends on you.
