Thoughts | Love for the unloved, unworthy, unwell, lonely, depressed

Everytime when I celebrate a festive season, anything festival or special day at all, I can't help but to also think of those who might not share the same laughter and joy. Whether we like it or not, life is imperfect. We are imperfect. We have flaws and those flaws are rarely being shared on social media, causes us to think we are the only ones imperfect, unloved or unworthy.

Today, before I ended my day, I taught my son to be grateful for his life. That he has family who loves him. A house to live in. A brother to play with. Food and drink everyday.

And we make a simple prayer to people who are not able to celebrate Valentine's day with love. They are many who felt unloved today, unworthy as a being, lonely and depressed as a person. Reasons are varied and sometimes we or they don't even know why. Life, as colourful as it is, has its shade of darkness.

If only I can be in those people's life and tell them how much I want to love them, that God above love them in and out irregardless.

Folks, look around and see is there anyone whom you can send love to, whom if you don't send love, he or she is left to believe that she or he is unworthy to live on. Send that person some love today. It can be a simple message, to a simple greetings via DM or PM, anything at all, or a simple call to tell the person you think about him or her today.

We can't save the whole world, but we can send some love to one person at a time.

Many feel desolated, miserable and unwanted, yet circumstances force them to feel worse during days of humanity's celebration or festive mood. Maybe they have just lost their loved ones. Maybe they just have a break-up with boyfriend or girlfriend. Maybe, they are battling a sickness. Maybe, they are bound by guilt or unrighteousness. Maybe, just maybe, they are thinking of "nobody ever love me, even if I die, no one will realise, what good it is if I exist, pointless and meaningless". There are so many maybe-sss...

You may never know by just one message from you, it brighten up their day. And you just save a soul.

God loves you the same on your worst day. So, let us spread some love to someone today.
