Jeronimo's Interpretation of "Love" - "Honesty" Part #1
Hello Steemians,
This is part #3 in My interpretation of "What is Love?" ... This is about Honesty. I hope you enjoy the writing today and that it will inspire your heart. Well, today at work before we actually started we had a meeting. The meeting was about the lack of work and production numbers are down by around 50% because this is the slow season at work. All of this is true but, they did let one guy go because of insubordination.
Which means, we have fewer people so we should have more hours per person, right? No, we are still only getting between 4-6 hours a day still. We were also told that they would not be bringing on anyone else because of the slow load of work. Well, remember in the video I said: "That lies will return to bite you." Well, they did. They took a big bite out of the person in charge of our department. Not 20 minutes later, they brought in a new person to replace the one who was let go.
The meeting was just a way of getting us to believe that we should be grateful for the hours we have under the circumstances of the workload. And that they wanted to give us as many hours as they would as well by not hiring any new people to help us. Well, the second person in charge (who happens to be a very genuine guy) was very upset about this and tried to get all of us more hours. Especially me because I am getting the least amount of hours because of my position at the job.
But it wasn't going to happen and he apologized for this. Like I said, he genuinely is a very nice person. So the lie that the main person in charge of our department knew that a new person was coming in yesterday and wasn't honest with us in the meeting. Not a very good way to start the day with loyal employees who show up every day on time to do the work.
Honesty will not only help you to find your "Inner Peace" but keep it strong and safe from harm. So always keep that in mind always. My tips for complete inner peace.

- Always be honest with yourself.
- Always be honest with everyone and thing around you.
- Be honest with friends, family and the one you love always.
- Sometimes being honest can hurt but being dishonest can hurt more always.
