Happy New Year!

CHERISH is my word I am focusing on for the year of 2018.
Cherish moments good and frustrating
Cherish my children when they are so sweet and when they are feisty
Cherish myself, my mind, my body, even with my flaws.
Cherish my marriage and continue to be devoted to loving better.

Instead of focusing on just goals I can check off a list I want to focus on holding what I have dearly and really appreciating and loving it.
