Personally i think a limited amount of narcissism can be a good thing.
All confident people are narcissists to a certain extent.Though i wouldn't be with someone who takes narcissism towards it's extreme, i love people that don't underestimate themselves.
Good post about narcissism, i will avoid people that take what you have listed to the extremes.
