I write this to blow off steam - I recently broke up with my girlfriend (we were together 12 years) And am struggling to accept a new man in her life, I want her to be happy, It's a good thing, yet jealousy gets the better of me.

I would love to hear your thoughts of loss, unfinished business or the like.
