Hoje, no #LoveFriday, trago-vos mais um texto meu sobre guardar as pessoas que nos fizeram mal num lugar de paz dentro de nós. Espero que gostem :)!
Today, on #LoveFriday, I'm bringing you another writing of mine about keeping people who have done us harm in a place of peace within us. Hope you like it!
Keep people who have done you harm in a place of peace within yourself. Change, change everything, get a new haircut, a new perfume, reborn from the ashes. Be a new being. But still be yourself. Because that’s what you are now, more than ever before.
Guardar as pessoas que nos fizeram mal num lugar de paz dentro de nós. Mude, mude tudo, o cabelo, o perfume, renasça das cinzas. Seja um ser novo. Mas igual a si próprio. Que nunca o foi mais.
To be treated without honor should arise, within ourselves, all the noble feelings, by contrast. Be superior, in a good way, be fair, in a way that others were not with you. Get rid of anything that can bring sad memories. And when I say everything, I mean every little thing.
Ser tratado sem honra traz ao cimo de nós todos os sentimentos nobres, por oposição. Seja superior, no bom sentido, seja digno, de uma forma que não foram consigo. Desfaça-se de tudo o que possa trazer recordações tristes. De tudo, mesmo.
Save your heart and mind. Store everything on the shelf in the back of your memory. Don't keep anything with you. No grudge. No bitterness. These feelings are negative and bitter feelings only do us harm. To our spirit and even to our health. As is already more than proven.
Salve o seu coração e a sua mente. Arquive tudo na prateleira do fundo da sua memória. Não guarde nada. Nem rancor. Nem amargura. São sentimentos negativos e amargos que só nos fazem mal. Ao espírito e até à saúde. Está mais do que provado, de resto.
And smile. And spoil yourself. Be compassionate. And bless all the miracles of life. Your life. Bless those who are there for you unconditionally. The love. The friendship. The loyalty and the presence of the ones who belong in your life, whatever form it takes.
E sorria. E mime-se. Tenha compaixão. E abençoe todos os milagres da vida. Os seus. Os que estão consigo incondicionalmente. O amor. A amizade. A lealdade e a presença dos seus, seja ela de que modo for.
Guarde as pessoas num lugar de paz dentro de si.
Esse lugar existe e é amplo.
Tão amplo como a sua generosidade.
Keep people in a place of peace within you.
This place exists and is broad.
As broad as your generosity.
