Asian Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo ground pork
1/2kilo ground beef
1/2cup breadcrumbs
1/3cup onions, chopped.
1/3cup bacon, chopped.
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup banana catsup
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
2 pieces chinese chorizo finely chopped.
2 eggs

Method. Mix all the ingredients together and place in a loaf pan. Bake at 375 degree F or 190 degree celsius for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
