oh.... hows that possible?.. well, other countries, other traditions?.. maybe you could check the local grocery for that... onion peels worth to try, at least once, if you never did it before, very intresting experience. its not like push the button -- got the same result, it is very flexible process, controllable, full of nuances. worth it.
that is superb! thank you for giving your voice, you surely know, feebback does matter. let me cheer myself that 340 days later you will remember about this essay and get some use of it :P
