These ants on Bali in 2013 were my first macro photos. I have watched them long, and after some time I was completely immersed in another universe. I understood that this tiny world from the ant's perspective is just as big as our world for us humans. Well, I thought, maybe we are also really small and just think that we are big?

Some time later, I drank coffee on my little balcony in Vienna, and watched an ant as he towed something up the balcony palisade. I wanted to see what he tow and went very close to him. I was surprised - he didn't seen me!
I was so close, he had to see me!? Suddenly there was a knowledge that someone was watching me as well.
With our small beings and limited mind we may not be able to see something that is right in front of our eyes!
