RE: Magic Dice - Mathematical Analysis on Dividends and Sustainability

in #magicdice5 years ago

I played a bit at the start but have moved to delegation to earn tokens now. Delegation pays 1 to 1 at the moment which I feel is a far better way to earn magic tokens. If the playing payout drops to 12 per steem now soon it will take a long time to earn any large amount. I got my first payout yesterday and was happy with the amount which was more than expected.

At a rate of 1 MC per STEEM delegated per day, and 25 MC per STEEM wagered which is statistically 1250 MC per STEEM lost, that means each 1250MC is worth 1 STEEM (explained in the article).

You can earn 365 MC with 1 STEEM delegated, which means you get approximately (365/1250) STEEM worth of MCs, which equals 0.292, therefore you have an APR of around 29.2% which is much better than the rates you get from Minnowbooster!

Therefore, I agree with you that delegation is more worth it than playing, but I don't have the patience for that lmao

Yeah, 29% APR is really nice, top voting bots make around 18% now.

You can check those at https://www.steemprofit.info

Would be cool to enter Magic Dice delegator name (you can do that in top right corner) to check the current APR.
