Magic Dice, another despicable crypto scam

Cryptocurrency and blockchain are the favourite playground for scammers of all sorts.
Because of (false?) anonymity that comes with crypto.

Well, that’s what happened with Magic Dice, a very popular dapp on this blockchain.

Apparently @zombee was behind it, he is also behind dMania. Which has also gone rogue.

Now, he left with almost 500k Steem! That is a whole lot of money to exchange in a crypto environment that has more and more regulation. I can not imagine that he could exchange all that without his real identity being revealed...

Just a matter of time, I wouldn’t sleep well, if I was him...
Oh right, zombies don’t sleep, don’t they?

    Wowwww I saw a little about this but no details. So did they make an exit scam post or anything? Or they just shut the website down?

    They took of and ran! Luckily I have had enough experience with scams, to not fall for this one, but I am sure there are some big victims in this case!

      Things like this make me lose a little faith in humanity. All these casinos where the creator remains anonymous are scams. Steer clear if there are no photos, linked-in profiles, names or corporation numbers. They are avoiding taxes and evading laws.

      Even with photos and corporation numbers you have to stay vigilant. Those things are so easily manipulated...

        For sure, he promised dividends to the Magic Token holders, and that promise he broke... So that is in my meaning already a felony.
        Let alone, running a casino without license...
