Today I look at the topic of the State and its control of money or the currency and how it is related to hyperinflation. Many people believe that hyperinflation is a supply and demand occurrence but I would say it is more of a result of the loss of confidence in the currency and the State that issues that currency.
My conclusion is that we are possibly seeing signs of loss of confidence in the State not only in the U.S.A. but also in the U.K. and the continent of Europe. Only time will tell if these symptoms of loss of confidence in the State will also lead to hyperinflation or the loss of confidence in the current fiat money system.
