Today #MarketFriday, initiated by @dswigle
I recently found out about it
But today I will tell you what happened last Friday. I visited the fair "Cheese and Wine Festival".Such a kind of market on the territory of Shevchenko Central Park in Odessa (Ukraine)
The holiday took place three days from 2 to 4 November. Free admission. Open from 11am to 11pm. At the festival there were craft (farmer) Ukrainian cheese-makers and wine-makers with their products.

Gourmets are pleased with the abundance of cheese flavors.

Cheese from Bessarabia and Transcarpathia, according to old recipes. Cheder, Dor Blue, Feta, Dutch Gouda, Ridder, and others. Oh, so much cheese that I did not remember all the names! There were also wines. However, there were still more cheese products than wine. A variety of sweets. There was also food that is traditionally prepared in Odessa.

The name of the farm cheese is. Motanka. This is a mature cheese of goat's milk, caught in the vine-covered leaves. Perlina. cheese, ripened in the juice of black elderberry.

Mozzarella, Chechel, Torbinka., Khallumі with mint. Kvіtka. Cheese with cranberries, nuts

It was possible to try and delicious Kulish

What a wonderful #MarketFriday post! Thank you for taking the time and effort to put it together! You just made my night with your post.

This is exactly part of the fun of MarketFriday. I get to see how the other half of the world lives and their customs and the culture in general. It is such a wonderful treat to see all these homemade cheeses and traditional foods being served at your Cheese and Wine Festival.

The old, traditional recipes for the cheeses are best, aren't they? They just don't make things like they used to.

Your pictures are wonderful, your descriptions of all the different cheeses were awesome and it was a most beautiful post. Thank you so much for being a part of the challenge!
