spider man was the one of the best character in MCU but since we knew that there were some problems between Marvel and Sony regarding Spider Man because Sony owns Spider Man and when marvel took Spider Man into its franchise they both made an agreement and now Disney is not happy with Sony taking away the credit for making spider man movies since Disney puts its Characters and efforts in making the movies.
Let us talk about Spider Man Far From Home, it was a great success in phase four as it grossed-in about $ 1 billion. Sony was happy at this as it was a huge success for them but not for MCU, I mean Disney they had an agreement
FIRST DOLLAR GROSS
this meant that MCU will only take 5% earnings of the first day of the movie and this was not a thing that MCU liked so they abandoned their contract with Sony
