I would love to understand why this poster needs to be blacklisted. What is his motivation for doing whatever dastardly deeds he does.

Is he robbing the reward pool by pretending to be someone famous? Oh, hold on, he Declines Payouts, so that is not it.

He does it for the pleasure of achieving a very high Rep....hmmm, nope, that does not wash either...in Steemit, no money equals no Rep.

Maybe he just does it so as to piss off those who flag and place him on blacklists?

Well, that sounds like a noble cause to me and worth a zero worth vote, even if it makes him no money, just the moral support of a fellow-decliner :)
