Super Soldier Serum in MCU

So friends whenever you would have heard of the word Super Serum , you always thought about captain America . But many more character have also used super soldier serum in MCU including Red skull , Winter Soldier and even Hulk . lets discuss about the Super soldier serum and characters who used it .
First of all what is super serum . It is a chemical solution which enhances the strength and mental ability of the recipient. It was first discovered that in 1930 by Abraham Erskin and it was used on Johan Smith which gave him power but also turned him into Red Skull.

Then Erskin came to America where he tried again to create a super soldier where he volunteered Steve Rogers for this experiment . But in his case he used vita ray along with the serum which created him a superhero which we know as Captain America.

But sadly Erskin was assasinated by hydra agent which became and of the secret super soldier formula but the story doesn't . In 1943 hydra's special scientist Arnim Zola experiments on Bucky Barnes with his own version of super soldier serum turning him into winter soldier . After this there was no rumor about winter soldier and serum for many years.

Then in 1991 hydra get knowledge of Howard Stark and new creation of super soldier serum and they send winter soldier to assassinate him and take the serum which Arnim Zola uses to create 5 more super soldier but in Civil war Zemo kills all 5 super soldiers.

Then super soldier serum comes to light in 2001 when Thunderbolt Ross uses super soldier serum on Bruce Banner but by mistake Bruce was exposed to Gama rays instead of Vita rays which turned him into hulk .Emil Blonski also inject himself with this serum in spinal cord and bone marrow which made him into Abomination . After this there is no news about super soldier serum in MCU till now.
