My son needs medical attention after a Medical Facility left a tube down his throat

My son had surgery on his mouth at Baldwin Hospital in Foley. After being discharged my son I could tell something wasn't right. As we we're driving home he began to cough up blood and spit a tube out of his throat. I have no pursued any type of help or law advice until now because the same dentist who allowed this to happen won't finish all the work needed on his mouth. He is also having throut trouble and IAM a single 40 year old Father who gets help from one person my mother. We don't have allot of money and he is.on medicaide. The nurse told me they wouldn't be doing anymore work because medicaide doesn't cover it. I got upset and decided to contact a lawyer who wants deposition to fight the hospital.
