Wow! No shortage of recipes here. I best get in the kitchen and try some of these out. I didn't like beets as a kid but really enjoy them now. Every time they're served though I have this knee jerk reaction to want to skip over them. I am always glad when I decide to dish them up though. So tasty! -Aimee
