Scientists have developed a surgical glue that can seal wounds in 60 seconds.
This glue quickly seals wounds in 60 seconds.
Biomedical engineers from the U.S. and the University of Sydney collaborated to develop a surgical glue called "METRO" the elastic and adhesive glue quickly seals wounds after application without needing stitches or staples.
The gel-like material is activated by Ultra Violet Light and dissolves shortly after.
METRO's ELASTICITY makes it ideal for sealing wounds.
The glue has been successfully tested on RODENTS and PIGS and will soon be used in human trials
